Turnaround time varies greatly and depends on project scope, but I always strive for timely delivery. For a general idea, calculations are usually completed in a 1 to 4 weeks, while permitting is usually about 2 to 6 months.
Since this business is a sole proprietorship, smaller projects are typically preferred. For example, calculations and design of beams to replace load bearing walls can be accepted, while design of entire apartment complexes are not going to be accepted. If the project is too large for myself, I have numerous contacts in the industry that I can refer you to.
